Right of Withdrawal

Customers may cancel their order free of charge up to 14 calendar days before the agreed shipping date, provided the cancellation is made in writing.

From the 13th calendar day before the shipping date, Sweet Criminals reserves the right to charge for production costs already incurred or prepayments made to third-party suppliers.

Payments made in advance for shipping, packaging, and assembly will be refunded in full if the cancellation occurs at least 1 calendar day before the shipping date. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used.

Warranty & Storage

All Sweet Criminals products are fresh and handmade. Upon receipt, they must be stored chilled at a maximum of +7°C.

The best-before date (BBD) and storage instructions are printed on every package.

Sweet Criminals is not responsible for any quality loss or damage caused by improper storage or delayed acceptance of the delivery.

Exchange & Return Policy

An exchange or return of delivered goods is not possible, as they are perishable food items (§312g BGB).
